Maybe I should paint The Finals on the rec court as well, looks nice (but then again, they'll kick me out forever).

Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 09:24The Larry O'Brien Trophy that was on previous years' courts was just a decal of some sorts. I believe that it would get dangerously slick with the prespiration from the players. That is why it is no longer used. It wasn't used last year either if my memory serves me correct.

Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 21:21Both the Finals logos and the O'Brien Trophy emblem are decals applied to the court. Perhaps the reason the Trophy wasn't added this year has to do with the Thunder logo; it really doesn't lend itself to having the Trophy decal applied as well as say, a circular logo such as the Celtics'.
