After their first practice of 2012, Wisconsin showed their Adidas TechFit uniforms, especially for the Nebraska game. We’ve already seen the Nebraska uniforms in red and black, so these accentuate the white.

Those socks are quite something. First I’ve personally noticed of this type of graduated striping on socks. I trust our acute readers shall inform me if I have made a mistake.

So, what do you think? Is this good stuff? Are you missing the belt? Do you hope to find these socks in a store? Does the W look like red electrical tape to you? Do you ever reply to my questions?

we get it adidas, you think the monogram is “in” in college football. Michigan, Nebraska, now Wisconsin? Watch out Indiana, you’re next.

  • Aaron

What the heck is the NCAA’s obsession with having their big logo on the front of their jersey anyways? If it’s small and on the top corner or just under the neckline, that’s okay. But this is football, not hockey. Although I do like Northwestern’s attempt to reclaim the stripe looking like les Habitants violet. That’s cool, but this well can you say CFL from the mid 90′s?

    • Dude

Agreed – these are very mid-90s. If only they mixed in some teal…

    TERRIBLE! UGH

Terrible, thats Adidas for you, no creativity. Nike is where the creativity is.

What’s with the Adidas fascination with all the letters and numbers? Is Sesame Street sponsoring this game? They can bring out the Count for the coin toss. Please don’t tell me I gave them an idea.

This is such a lame effort by the trefoil dunces from Bavaria. The big letter W, it stands for Why? No belt? What is this, gymnastics? The socks? Feeble attempt to lure in female fans? adidas, please stop messing around with US sports and stick to soccer. And gymnastics.

    Just ****ing awful.

  • Dude

Yep – Electrical tape comes to mind.

  • Brent

Ridiculously awful. What the heck is the point of a 1-game uniform anyways? This looks disgusting. As a Badger fan, this matchup in Lincoln was circled on my calendar. Now, I think I’m better off listening to the game on the radio because I’m afraid I’ll be vomiting too much during the the televised broadcast.
Dear Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, KNOCK IT OFF!!!! This is getting ridiculous.
