The Miami Heat have joined the throwback craze. They’ll wear “Hardwood Classics” uniforms throughout February, beginning with tonight’s game against the Mavericks.
Described by the team in a statement, “The uniform features chunky numbers with a large drop-shadow and a scoop neck silhouette, as well as the original design of the ‘flaming T’ element in the HEAT word mark.”

The uniforms recall the team’s uniforms from the 1990s, and also kind of look like the cover of a De La Soul album.

The campaign extends beyond the team’s uniforms to their social media, pregame introductions, fan giveaways, and even their dance team.
