The Savannah Bananas made a splash this offseason when they unveiled their fun new identity, selling merchandise like crazy, trending on Twitter, and being featured on all sorts of new sites.
Now they’ve upped the ante with bright yellow, banana-shaped tickets. And it’s not just the season tickets pictured here that will take on the the distinctive form, but all of the team’s tickets.
The tickets, which go on sale at noon today, are part of a larger identity system created by Dan Simon of Studio Simon that is unabashedly quirky and fun.

The Bananas, who start play in the summer collegiate Coastal Plain League May 31, will fill the void left by the departure of the Single-A Savannah Sand Gnats, who now play in South Carolina as the Columbia Fireflies.
