Nine Throwback Uniforms in Store for 2016-17 NBA Season

Every season, the NBA selects certain teams to wear “Hardwood Classics” throwback uniforms for various games in the year, and next season is no different. I have obtained confirmation, via an official Adidas catalog, of the 9 teams involved next season and the designs they will be wearing*.

Three teams, the Mavericks, Kings and Pacers, will be retaining last season’s throwback uniforms for next season:

The remaining 6 teams getting brand new Hardwood Classics designs will be the Raptors, Sixers, Lakers, Knicks, Cavaliers and Hawks. Toronto wearing the road blue version of the 1940s Toronto Huskies white throwbacks they had worn a handful of times in the past.
