College football season is rapidly approaching, which means that we should all get ready for a bunch of special alternate helmets since that’s currently the popular wave in the sport right now. With that being said, I think that we already have a winner for “coolest alternate helmets” this season, and that award will be going to the Air Force Falcons.
They’ll be hosting Georgia State on September 10th, and for that game, they’ll be wearing special Legacy Series uniforms, and these uniforms include some of the best helmets that you will ever look at and definitely one of the best helmets that you will see in this particular season. Feast your eyes on this:
That is an absolutely stunning helmet. The helmet’s design is inspired by the look of the famous planes that the Flying Tigers flew during World War II, and it also takes inspiration from other Air Force fighter planes that have been adorned with the Sharktooth look. Simply put, it’s a fierce design that has significant historical importance when it comes to the Air Force, and it’s amazing to see that this design is being honored on the field with these helmets.
I can’t really think of anything even remotely negative to say about this helmet. This is 100 percent awesome, and this is easily one of the coolest-looking football helmets that I’ve seen. I can’t wait to see these in action, and I’m sure that you all will agree with this.
