Some great uniform matchups coming up here in Week 6 of the 2018 NFL season, and it started right off the bat with the New York Giants going retro on the Thursday nighter against the Philadelphia Eagles (isn’t that better than “ColorRush”?).
The other New Jersey-based team named for New York is also wearing a throwback this week, the Jets will swap out their green facemasks for grey against the Indianapolis Colts in honour of the 50th anniversary of the Jets upset over the Colts at Super Bowl III. Houston will be wearing the red alternates at home against the Bills, the Bears are going orange at Miami, the Chargers in all navy blue at Cleveland, and the Jaguars will be trying out their new black jersey/teal pants combo for the first time.

A tough choice, but the inclusion of the throwback facemask seals the deal here, Jets-Colts is our “Uniform Matchup of the Week” for Week 6 of the 2018 NFL schedule:
Honourable mentions: Bengals/Steelers, Eagles/Giants, 49ers/Packers, Bills/Texans.
