It previously had a team in Youngstown, OH and has one in Bloomington so its not a stretch. Plus I have been speaking to officials from the Hockey Brampton and residents about the team and all are happy about it. I think its easy to assume its poor hockey because its a lower league or that it won’t work because the OHL failed there. But the reality is that it will be something the fans will get behind plus. Plus, Hamilton had an OHL team and the Bulldogs are thriving.

So give it a chance, Im going to opening night as Im writing a story on the franchise and am looking forward to it.

Because it’s really out of the way for the CHL, the CHL is seen as a lower league than the Canadian Juniors in Canada. To me it spells disaster.
