It’s subtle, but I think it’s brilliant! I always appreciate jerseys, logos, or any design that has these almost hidden meanings for those who are careful enough to look for them.

The overall design isn’t too bad. White on top and blue all the way down and vice versa on the white jerseys. The lines, because they’re so thin it’s barely noticeable, not a bad touch.

So far the only jersey I’ve seen for Sochi that was any good was the Swedes, and even then it was borderline, because of the silly sublimated laces and Viking ship.

The national Anthem is a nice touch, but the design as a whole is hideous

I feel that all of these Nike template olympic jerseys are pretty bad…I think they ALL look like soccer kits, or in Canada’s case, a bland sweater you’d find at an outlet mall. Slocakia’s sweaters here, on the other hand, are the best of the bunch. Yes, they do resemble soccer jerseys…but overall I think they are sharp, creative, and look a hell of a lot better than any of the other ones!

The anthem striping is a nice touch, but these are not hockey shirts. It is clear that Nike does not understand hockey. At all. This is a soccer shirt or a basketball warm up shirt and for both purposes not a bad design. But as a hockey shirt it is a complete failure, just like the other recent hockey shirts by Nike. As a supplier: If you do not get the sport and its culture, just get out, Like Puma did with the NFL. Or adidas should do with any sports besides athletics, soccer and weightlifting.

The Slavs ‘ jerseys, along with the rest of them, are intenteded to look like classic hockey wool sweaters. Nike did it right with Slovakia.

Having seen the Russian, US and Czech sweaters, I think we Slovaks can be reasonably satisfied – I really feared Nike and its design team. These simple designs usually grow on you and this is why I like Team Canada jerseys too. I’m not super excited but I at least won’t laugh 2 years into the future while nostalgically watching Olympic highlights.

Looks like something from the clearance rack at walmart or old navy. Nike has gotten lazy, in addition to stupid. The national anthem concept is good, but overall, nike fails again.

this is a fantastic uniform… simple, clean and innovative.
the pinstripe detailing using the words of the national anthem is a nice touch.

This is the best Nike Olympic jersey of the bunch by a wide margin. It’s unique without being too unorthodox
