The Reading Royals (ECHL, Washington Capitals) are kicking this specialty jersey thing up a notch with their “ugly Christmas sweater” jerseys, which they will wear during a game on December 14th.
The jerseys come complete with “knitted-style” repeating reindeer, snowflakes, and Christmas trees. The Royals logo even got a red and green makeover for the occasion.
Jerseys will be available to purchase on their online shop and will be autographed by the player who wore them beginning at 10:30pm on December 14th. If you want one of these beauties, better be quick, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
