A group of more than 150 mustachioed hockey officials has been one of the top 10 Canadian fundraisers in the Movember campaign to fight prostate cancer, raising more than $171,000 over the last four years. This year, the MOfficials are at it again, and the Canadian Hockey League will promote their efforts with custom helmet decals.

The MOfficials describe themselves as “a passionate group of men and women in stripes, using our love for hockey and our influence on and off the ice to spark a conversation.” They raise funds to support the Movember campaign through activities like an annual fundraiser at a sports bar in Vancouver and online donations.
All told, Movember has raised almost $575 million to raise awareness of both men’s health issues and ironic facial hair.
