Orlando City SC Unveils New Uniform

Orlando City SC, one of the two new expansion teams joining Major League Soccer, had their new uniform leaked earlier today just a few hours before their scheduled official unveiling.

The new uniform first appeared on FootyHeadlines.com and was relayed to us by friend-of-the-site Conrad Burry:

Like the primary crest which we first saw a few months ago, the jersey is predominantly purple with white and gold trim. Up the body of the jersey are light and dark purple alternating horizontal stripes with the sponsor logo on the chest. Along each sleeves are adidas’ trademark three stripes, gold trim is around the neck and a single white stripe at the waist. The leak follows a week of teaser photos released by Orlando City, the leak matches up with what the teasers were showing:

UPDATE THE SECOND (Nov 5/14 at 10:25am ET): Our first look at the name/number style courtesy the official team shop. Also, a neat detail has also been revealed, the old Orlando City USL-PRO logo is on the inside of the jersey directly behind the new MLS crest:
