St. Louis sports fans love the Blues, but there’s not much question which local team holds the biggest place in the city’s hearts. To that end, St. Louis’s hockey team will welcome baseball back to town wearing Cardinals jerseys during warm-ups before a game April 11, two days before the Cardinals’ home opener.

Blues players will autograph the jerseys, which will feature the Cardinals’ iconic logo and typeface. The signed jerseys will be auctioned off to benefit the two teams’ respective charities, Blues 14 Fund and Cardinals Care.

The Cardinals, who have appeared in four straight NL Championship Series and won the World Series in 2011, open the Major League Baseball season tonight in what remains of Wrigley Field in Chicago.
