NHL Shop Does It Again: Offers Houston/Edmonton Oilers Shirt

Remember when the NHL was selling a Toronto Maple Leafs-Tampa Bay Lightning hybrid jersey? Well, here we go again…

Right now, available for sale on NHL.com is a Mitchell & Ness t-shirt featuring the logo of the Edmonton Oilers but while it says Edmonton in the product title, look closely at what it actually says on the t-shirt…

A closer look perhaps? We better hurry there’s “Few Left!”

I certainly remember the Houston Oilers but they didn’t look much like a National Hockey League team to me, nor did they wear much orange.

While I have my doubts the actual t-shirt you receive reads “Houston” (but I sure hope it does) you can try your hand at ordering one from the NHL shop here.
