Nobody said taking over a hockey team during the season was easy.
Columbus Blue Jackets new head coach John Tortorella is no exception, as his club took to the ice this morning with names now stitched onto their practice jerseys to help him better identify his players. Video from the official Blue Jackets twitter account here:

As you can see from this Tweet just two days ago, the team previously didn’t wear names or even numbers on their practice jerseys:
