The Toronto Raptors farm club, known as “Raptors 905” (see their logo set here), unveiled their inaugural team uniforms at a media event in Mississauga, Ontario this afternoon.
Uniforms are red and white with the same silver, black, and white “905” wordmark across the chest; player number is below in the same style as the new Toronto Raptors uniforms, while beneath that is a sponsor logo.
Three stripes run up either side of the jersey and shorts (this is an Adidas outfit afterall), the Raptors new “basketclaw” logo on the shorts.
“Raptors 905” refers to the “905” area code which borders the City of Toronto’s “416”; a “905er” would be someone who lives in one of those surrounding cities and towns.
There will also be a special alternate logo paying tribute to their home city of Mississauga, it shows a map of the city west of Toronto in red with a white “M” featuring a claw rip down the middle:
