With just a few weeks before their outdoor game next month, the Philadelphia Flyers appear to have had their special jersey for the game leaked by a local Philly sports store.
Via a Tweet, which was quickly deleted (but thankfully preserved for all eternity by @FomezFoley32), we see an orange jersey with the colour-free version of their logo that the team released earlier this season.
Here’s the leak:
Two black stripes on each sleeve and one at the waist, the collar is plain black with “PHILLY” written inside in orange. The 2019 Stadium Series logo is added to as a patch on the right shoulder.
Philadelphia will face the Pittsburgh Penguins in the Stadium Series game at Heinz Field on February 23rd, all we’ve seen from the Penguins so far is a similarly styled logo, with the white removed.
