The Edmonton Oilers new third jersey for the upcoming 2019-20 NHL season has leaked via a sponsored link on Google. This courtesy CBC Calgary “radio guy” Dave Waddell.
The leak shows a navy blue and orange Oilers jersey with no white to be found anywhere on the design.
We see the usual team logo on the chest, stripped of white, with two thin orange stripes at the middle of each sleeve with another at the cuff, and one thicker stripe right at the waist. An orange and blue collar around the neck above three orange faux-laces.
There’s still plenty to be seen with this set, such as the gloves, name/number style, and socks, but it at least gives us an idea of the overall theme of the third uniform — no white with plenty of dark blue and orange.
