
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, Class A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, will hearken back to the era of the Atari 7800, Sega SG-1000, and Nintendo’s Famicom for one game this season. The team unveiled specialty caps and jerseys featuring 8-bit versions of their logo for Video Game Night.

The familiar rattle snake wrapped around the vertical stroke of the Wisconsin W is almost hard to recognize, reduced to its most basic elements in the logo, while the Timber Rattlers wordmark has been swapped for a distinctly 1980s-style arcade aesthetic.
The Timber Rattlers will take the field against the Cedar Rapids Kernels Wednesday, July 8, in the pixelated unis.
