The Akron RubberDucks will celebrate all things construction for one game this season. The team will rebrand as ConeTown USA, an alternate identity they’re promoting with the tagline, “No matter how long it takes, Akron’s a city building towards a better tomorrow.”
The ConeTown logo features an anthropomorphized construction cone wearing a construction hat and vest, and wielding a shovel and rolled up construction plans. All of this will be set against the backdrop of what can only be described as “construction orange.”
ConeTown USA will take the field on Construction Night, June 5, 2020.
