There’s nothing baseball fans would like more right now than the opportunity to be sweating through a baseball game on a hot summer afternoon. In the absence of actual sweaty baseball games, the Double-A Mississippi Braves unveiled a sweaty alternate identity that they’ll wear for one game when baseball finally begins this season.

The M-Braves play in Pearl, Mississippi, whose average daytime temperature in August is 89 to 92 degrees Fahrenheit with a relative humidity of 77 percent. Essentially, it’s steamy. The team’s one-game uniforms will reflect moisture in the air with a droplet for a cap logo and the word Sweat on the jersey melting with puddles beneath.
The E in “Sweat” is a wink and a nod to the team’s permanent logo, which features the outline of the state of Mississippi with a circle marking the location of the town of Pearl.
