The Unified Show: Interview with Ross Yoshida (Part 1)

This week’s episode of Unified sees Chris Creamer and Paul Lukas welcome their first guest to the uni-studios as Los Angeles Dodgers design director Ross Yoshida zooms in to chat. Yoshida shares his experiences working his way into the Dodgers organization, how he got started in design, and discusses the processes and challenges one experiences for creating logos, uniforms, patches, and other materials for a Major League Baseball team. The chat with Ross was so great it had to be cut into two parts, stay tuned for part two next week in episode ten.

Paul and Chris also take a look at the latest in logo and uniform news over the past week inluding the New York Mets back in black, the Marlins selling the naming rights to their stadium, and the WNBA’s apparent switch to NBA-style uniform names for 2021. As always the show wraps up with the listener question of the week.
