German Bundesliga side are showcasing the colours they’ve sported throughout their 121-year history with their new home jersey for the 2021-22 season.
The jerseys — made by Puma and unveiled on Friday, May 14 — are mainly white, but have black accents on the cuffs and shoulders. A panel on the back shoulders features a green and black chevron pattern. The Gladbach crest is placed inside a green box on the front of the jersey, as it was on shirts the team wore in the 1970s.
The shorts echo the green and black chevron pattern from the shoulders, with white accents. The socks are white, with a black stripe and the club crest.
Gladbach wore the kits for their final home game of the 2020-21 Bundesliga season against VfB Stuttgart on Saturday, May 15.
