When the Los Angeles Rams travel to Green Bay this evening to take on the Packers on Monday Night Football, they’ll look to notch their first win in three tries while wearing white jerseys with blue pants since unveiling their current uniform set in 2020.
The white jerseys were initially introduced last season as “modern throwbacks,” but were promoted to full-time road status this year after the Rams won Super Bowl LVI in the design. The bone-colored jersey was relegated to alternate status, meanwhile.
Los Angeles is 2-7 overall in these white jerseys, including 2-5 when worn with sol (yellow) pants and 0-2 with blue pants. Both losses in blue pants came on the road against the San Francisco 49ers (31-10 on Nov. 15, 2021, and 24-9 on Oct. 3, 2022).
The Packers, on the other hand, will wear their traditional home uniforms with gold helmets, green jerseys and gold pants. They are 4-1 in this combination this season, including 3-0 in Green Bay, 1-0 on the road and 0-1 at a neutral site (London).
Tonight’s game between the Rams and Packers will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.
