The Charlotte Hornets on Monday afternoon announced a new jersey patch partnership with Feastables, a snack company owned by social media influencer Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson.

“We are thrilled to welcome Festables and North Carolina native MrBeast into our Hornets family,” Hornets president and vice chairman Fred Whitfield said. “We are excited to have this opportunity to introduce MrBeast’s fans to the Hornets and the Feastables brand to NBA fans around the world through our jersey patch.”

Donaldson, who is a native of Greenville, North Carolina, is best-known for his YouTube videos that focus on expensive stunts and challenges and reportedly has the most subscribers of any individual on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X, formerly known as Twitter.

The jersey patch features Donaldson’s MrBeast logo above the Feastables wordmark, which both appear on the packaging of his chocolate bars, gummies and cookies. It will also be visible on the uniforms of the Greensboro Swarm and Hornets Venom GT, the franchise’s G League and NBA 2K League affiliates.

Featables replaces LendingTree as Charlotte’s jersey patch sponsor, as the online lending marketplace chose not to renew their advertisement deal this summer that began during the 2017-18 season.
