The Chattanooga Lookouts, Double-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, unveiled an alternate “Scenic City” jersey that will be worn in 2024 as part of the team’s authentic collection. The team announced the brand with a video and a series of photos taken at the Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls that show off just how scenic Chattanooga is.
“Chattanooga is a beautiful city, we are proud of its iconic outdoor landmarks and everything that makes us the Scenic City,” said Lookouts President Rich Mozingo. “Scenic City encapsulates what makes our city unique and we are excited to celebrate and honor our community with a red alternate jersey featuring Scenic City.”
The red jersey features the script “Scenic City” on the chest, with white piping down the middle and stripes on the sleeves. A sleeve patch features the iconic eyeball logo that the team has used since 1991.
The Lookouts will wear the Scenic City jersey as an alternate throughout the 2024 season, with the first appearance taking place April 13.
