Just when we thought we’d seen all the Canadian Premier League kits for the 2024 season, Calgary-based Cavalry FC surprised fans this week with a new third kit.
Cavalry FC unveiled the kit, manufactured by league-wide supplier Macron, on its website and social media channels on Tuesday, April 9. Dubbed the “Blizzard Camo” kit, it features a light grey camouflage pattern on a white base. The polo collar and sleeve cuffs are green, while sponsor logos on the chest and sleeve are black. The club crest is rendered in one-color green on the left chest.
In the cold winters of Alberta, only the strong survive. Our arctic tundra-styled bonus jersey is perfectly paired with a sage green trim – a constant reminder that spring is always around the corner. It’s also a testament to our team’s resilience and our vow to keep digging in when times get tough.

The camouflage pattern extends to the back of the kit, where a secondary logo of a half-green, half-red banner with a C on it hanging from a lance sits below the number. There was no indication in Tuesday’s announcement of what color would be used for names and numbers on the back of the jersey.
The 2024 kit harkens back to the green camouflage top that Cavalry FC used as a secondary kit during their first season of play. “When the Canadian Premier League kicked off its inaugural season in 2019, our green camouflage top proved a huge hit with fans,” the club’s website reads. “Five years later, it’s back and better than ever – perhaps it’s the snowball effect.”
Cavalry FC released their red primary and green alternate kits for 2024 in February, prior to their Concacaf Champions Cup tie against Major League Soccer’s Orlando City SC.
Cavalry FC opens their 2024 CanPL regular season with a rematch of the 2023 league final against Forge FC at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario, on Saturday, April 13.
