America’s newest women’s pro volleyball league has given fans their first look at what they’ll be wearing when they start playing early next year.
Last week, League One Volleyball — or LOVB, which the league is pronouncing as “love” — unveiled the jerseys that its six pro teams will wear when they take the court for their inaugural season, which starts in January 2025.
The league says on its website that the jerseys, manufactured by Adidas, “cater to the evolving needs of modern women athletes. They enhance both performance and comfort while reflecting both the strength and femininity of the players.”

It’s worth noting here that none of the LOVB teams have nicknames; they’re referred to as “LOVB [City Name] Volleyball. Each team has a logo that’s an abstract monogram of their city’s initials or abbreviation.
Each sleeveless jersey features the pro team’s logo in the center of the chest, with the city name underneath. The logo then repeats down the front of the jersey. Adidas stripes appear on the shoulders.
The backs of the jerseys have the team logo at the top, directly underneath the collar, with the player’s name and number below that. Then, like the front, the logo repeats down the back. The team logo also repeating down the side panels.

LOVB’s inaugural season starts on January 8, 2025, when Salt Lake visits Atlanta. The other four teams will convene in Houston on the weekend of January 9 and 10 to start their regular seasons at the first Weekend with LOVB event. The LOVB Finals are scheduled for mid-April 2025.
LOVB will compete directly with the Pro Volleyball Federation, which held its inaugural season in 2024. All seven teams from the first PVF season are slated to return in 2025, along with a new team in Indianapolis, the Indy Ignite.
