Mad Dash to Start of 2025 MLS Season Begins With 11 Clubs Launching New Kits

The mad dash to the start of the 2025 Major League Season began in earnest on Wednesday, February 12, with 11 clubs unveiling new kits.

The new MLS season kicks off on Saturday, February 22. Between now and then, every club will unveil a new primary or secondary kit manufactured by Adidas, which should stay in their rotation for two seasons. The only exceptions so far are Inter Miami, who unveiled a new secondary kit in December and a new primary kit outside their regular rotation last week, and expansion club San Diego FC, who launched their inaugural primary kit in December but have yet to give fans a glimpse of their secondary kit.

Here’s a look at the jerseys unveiled on Wednesday:

AUSTIN FC – Primary

Austin FC’s new “The Heartbeat” primary kit features tonal green vertical stripes on the front and sleeves, with black panels on the sides and shoulders. Horizontal woven stripes also run through the side panels, and an anatomic illustration of a heart sits on the jock tag. “The kit celebrates Austin FC’s vibrant fan culture and is inspired by ‘The Heartbeat of Austin’ ritual performed by supporters before each home match at Q2 Stadium – helping to make Q2 Stadium the best party in Austin,” the club says.

The Goosebumps logo appears on the jock tag in the Crew’s signature semi-solar yellow.
