With the start of their 2025 regular season right around the corner, USL Championship club North Carolina FC are ready to take on all challengers in their new home and away kits, the first under their new contract with Mexican manufacturer Charly.
The home and away kits were launched on Tuesday, February 25. According to the press release, both kits “focus on representing the entire state of North Carolina with subtle detailing throughout that pay tribute to the rich history of the state.”
According to NCFC’s online shop, the home kit is “Atlantic Blue” with a sublimated tonal pattern on the front and back representing “the flow of nature’s elements. ” The raglan sleeves are solid blue, while the polo collar is a slightly darker shade of blue with white trim.

The away kit, meanwhile, is Cardinal Red with a tonal pattern of halftone hexagons all over. Abstract lines on the front and back represent the Raleigh-Durham-Cary area of the U.S. state of North Carolina, which is commonly known as the Research Triangle.
“This design element honours the area’s prominent research universities and the work they’ve achieved,” NCFC’s online shop says. The sleeve cuffs are solid maroon, and the front half of the V-neck collar is maroon with white trim.

“North Carolina FC’s kits are classic. We love the representation of Atlantic Blue and nature elements on the primary kit and the Cardinal Red and abstract lines on the secondary kit. We look forward to these kits taking the pitch.”

On Tuesday, a neon yellow goalkeeper kit was also released. It has a sublimated tonal pattern all over and a blue crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs.

North Carolina FC opens the 2025 USL Championship regular season at home against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC on Saturday, March 8. The team plays its home games at First Horizon Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina.
