Concrete, Wilderness Collide in New Away Kit for NSL’s Calgary Wild FC

When they visit Halifax Tides FC this weekend, Northern Super League side Calgary Wild FC will be bringing some iconic Alberta landscapes with them.

Wild FC unveiled their inaugural away kit on Friday, April 25, one day before travelling to the East Coast. Made by Hummel and designed in collaboration with creative agency Daughter, the club says the kit “blurs the line between sportswear and streetwear.”

The base of the kit is wild rose pink, a reference to Alberta’s provincial flower. On top of that is an electric blue print depicting the Rocky Mountains, rivers and lakes that surround the city of Calgary.

A fearless fusion of wild rose pink and electric blue, it pulls straight from Alberta’s landscape — bold skies, iconic lakes, and the raw energy of the wild. Look closer and the mountains are stitched right in — with textures that echo snow and stone, and lines that mirror the city skyline. It’s wilderness colliding with concrete — a bold clash of nature and urban grit.

The V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs are solid electric blue. On the back of the jersey is a solid electric blue panel for navy blue names and numbers to be printed one. Below that panel are the owl’s eyes isolated from the club crest.

That crest appears on the left chest in Wild FC’s primary neon violet and red colour scheme.

Following the game against Halifax, Calgary has one more road game against AFC Toronto before their home opener against Ottawa Rapid FC on Sunday, May 11, at McMahon Stadium.
