Indiana Pacers’ 2025-26 City Edition Shorts Leak On Instagram

The Indiana Pacers’ 2025-26 City Edition shorts recently leaked on Instagram, further confirming reports that most – if not every team in the NBA – will recolour a previous City Edition design for the upcoming season.

The white shorts feature a logo on the right leg that blends the Pacers’ current ball in “P” logo with the arm and shade of blue used in their 1976-90 logo, while their state outline logo sits at the center of the blue- and gold-striped waistband.

This design is effectively the home version of their 2021-22 City Edition uniforms, which used navy blue but prominently displayed a 1987-90-style “PACERS” wordmark within a block of gold across the chest of the jersey.

There was also a white diagonal stripe that wrapped around the front of the jersey and asymmetrical shorts, which – much like the Pacers’ current Statement Edition set they’ve worn in every game of the 2025 NBA Finals – is influenced by their 1990-97 “Flo-Jo” uniforms.

The uniforms were complete with the iconic “Boom, Baby!” catchphrase made famous by legendary coach and commentator Bobby “Slick” Leonard, who is also the namesake of the Pacers’ G League affiliate, the Noblesville Boom.

The Pacers now join the Golden State Warriors and Philadelphia 76ers as teams that have had their 2025-26 City Edition shorts leaked by Instagram user @__2hands_shop__, while the Detroit Pistons have already revealed their design.
