Liga MX, CHARLY Launch All-Star Jerseys Representing All 18 Clubs

Just days after Adidas and Major League Soccer unveiled their 2025 All-Star jerseys, CHARLY and Liga MX have responded in kind with a design that honours each and every team in Mexico’s top domestic soccer league.

The Liga MX All-Star jerseys were unveiled on Thursday, June 26, and they’ll be worn on Wednesday, July 23, when the best players from the Mexican league take on the MLS All-Stars at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas. The predominantly green jerseys feature a “brutalist-inspired graphic design that pays homage to all 18 Liga MX clubs,” according to the press release from Mexico-based manufacturer CHARLY.

Some of the references to clubs in the design are literal, like the lion for Club León or the hairless dog representing Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente. Others are more abstract, like the fox fur pattern representing Atlas FC. Atlas earned the nickname Los Zorros (the Foxes) in the 1970s because of how fast their players moved on the pitch.

Drawing inspiration from the Mexican flag, the green kit is accented with red striping through the centre of the black crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs. A stacked Liga MX wordmark sits on the chest, while a different league wordmark runs across the top of the back of the shirt. A panel across the shoulder is solid black, inside of which a CHARLY wordmark is printed on the back collar above a green, white and red tricolor bar.

CHARLY also released an orange goalkeeper kit on Thursday, which features a different tonal print.

MLS All Star 2025 takes over Q2 Stadium in Austin on July 22 and 23. The All-Star Skills Challenge takes place on Tuesday, July 22, while the All-Star Game itself will kick off on Wednesday, July 23.
