The Utah Mammoth have announced they’ll wear a helmet ad for the first time in their young history, naming Filevine as their “helmet partner,” in a multi-year deal that begins with the upcoming 2025-26 NHL season.
Filevine’s logo will appear on both the Mammoth’s black home and white road helmets. The club says the company’s logo will also be visible rinkside in the penalty box and across the dashers at Delta Center, with virtual signage for broadcasts.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Filevine in our first season as the Utah Mammoth, uniting two Utah-based brands that are committed to innovation and growth,” said Chris Barney, president of revenue and commercial strategy at Smith Entertainment Group, in the press release. “With deep roots in the state and a growing global presence, Filevine is the perfect partner to join us as we continue to grow the game of hockey and elevate their brand on a national stage.”

“Partnering with the Utah Mammoth is a unique opportunity to grow Filevine’s presence and support our local community,” said Sean Dowdle, chief revenue officer at Filevine. “We believe in breaking barriers with technology, and the Utah Mammoth share that same relentless drive for performance.”
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Filevine was founded in 2015 and provides legal and business software.
The Utah Mammoth are getting set to begin their first season using their brand new name and logo, following just one year playing as the nameless Utah Hockey Club. The Utah team filled the hole (and absorbed the players and staff) left by the Arizona Coyotes franchise, which was suspended by the league following the 2023-24 season.
