It’s happened again. After Andre Drummond had to suffer through the ignominy of wearing a jersey where his last name was spelled “Drummund,” another NBA player has fallen victim to the same jersey gaffe.
This time, it was Atlanta Hawks forward Paul Millsap who went out under another person’s name. As you noticed, Millsap’s name includes 2 L’s. The error should be very clear, here.
As if that wasn’t enough, the Utah Jazz’s twitter account decided to hop in on the fun.

As of the time I’m writing this, the Hawks are currently down to the Jazz, so maybe they’ll receive the same karmic fate for having one of their players run out with a misspelled name as the Detroit Pistons did: A loss.
