In a light-hearted nod to Scottie Scheffler’s back-to-back victories at the PGA Player’s Championship, the Professional Golfers’ Association has taken to social media to share a mock-up of a new logo.
This proposed change (obviously in jest) celebrates Scheffler’s achievement of becoming the first golfer to clinch two consecutive titles at this tournament.
The mock-up, which quickly captured the attention of golf enthusiasts, features Scheffler’s silhouette depicted in gold against a classic navy blue background.

Golf fans quickly reacted positively to the idea, as the Tweet had garnered nearly 13,000 likes at the time of this post.
The 27-year-old Scheffler is currently the number-one-ranked men’s golfer in the world. In addition to his back-to-back Player’s Championships, Scheffler also won the PGA Masters Tournament in 2022.
