With exactly one month until the start of the 2024 NFL Draft, New Era has officially unveiled the hats that 29 of the 32 teams will present on stage to their first-round selections.
The hats come in two different colors – a team color or graphite – but share the same overall design, with each team’s primary logo on the front, a state outline with a city or state flag inside of it and their rally cry on the right side and the NFL logo on the back.
Both hats have a drop shadow-like effect on the primary logos, but the graphite version renders them in grayscale with a splash of team colors surrounding the logo, one above and one below.

The brim, eyelets and squatchee are the same color as the panels of the hat, while the underbill is light gray. The only other difference between the designs is the NFL logo is displayed in team colors on the charcoal gray hat.
The hats, which retail from $37.99 (39THIRTY) to $45.99 (59FIFTY), are complete with the New Era flag on the left side. They’ll be handed out to players during the 2024 NFL Draft, which will take place at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit on April 25-27.

There are three teams currently without the color version of the hat, including the Houston Texans and New York Jets, who will both unveil new uniforms next month, and the Cleveland Browns, who could be updating the facemask on their primary logo from brown to white.
