Canada’s new professional women’s soccer league took another huge step toward their inaugural season this week with the unveiling of home kits for all six clubs.
The Northern Super League and Danish manufacturer Hummel rolled out the kits on the league’s website and social media channels on Thursday, March 20 — roughly a month before the NSL regular season is scheduled to kick off.
While Halifax Tides FC and AFC Toronto have already secured front-of-shirt sponsors, all NSL clubs will have the Canadian Tire logo on left sleeve. Other sponsor logos may appear on the right sleeve, the back collar and under the number on the back.
Replica jerseys for Halifax, Toronto, Roses de Montréal FC, and Vancouver Rise FC are available to purchase through those clubs’ online shops. Calgary Wild FC jerseys will be available to season ticket holders on March 27 and to the general public on March 31. The on-sale date for Ottawa Rapid FC will be announced soon.
The first regular season match in NSL history will take place on Wednesday, April 16, when Vancouver Rise FC hosts Calgary Wild FC at BC Place.
Here’s a closer at each club’s kits and what the league had to say about them:
CALGARY WILD FC

Inspired by Calgary’s dusky skies, the Wild FC home kit is a masterclass in deceptive simplicity. Deep purple represents strength and ambition, while fiery red pays homage to the city’s civic colors. At its core, the jersey features the club’s prowling owl crest—an emblem of patience, precision, and deadly efficiency. Just like their play on the pitch, this kit makes a statement: watch carefully, or you’ll never see them coming.
HALIFAX TIDES FC

Halifax Tides FC brings a design that flows with the rhythm of the ocean, symbolizing change, resilience, and the club’s commitment to progress. Wave-like patterns ripple across the jersey, representing the movement for equity in sport and the unwavering momentum of the team. Just as the tides rise, so too will Halifax—strong, patient, and relentless.
Halifax was also one of two NSL teams to unveil their away kit this week. The white base has a purple granite pattern all over that “stands as a testament to the challenges the Tides will face — and the strength it will take to overcome them.”
ROSES DE MONTRÉAL FC

Montréal’s kit is a celebration of courage, creativity, and diversity. Designed in collaboration with local artist Niti Marcelle Mueth, this striking blue and red jersey features hand-drawn elements and a stunning rose motif, representing the blossoming of every player and the team itself. A fearless statement both on and off the pitch, this design redefines what it means to break barriers in women’s sports.
Montréal also unveiled an away kit this week, which is all white with intertwining red and blue lines down the shoulders. “This braid represents the team’s commitment to building strong connections both on the field and within the community.”
OTTAWA RAPID FC

Dark, powerful, and unstoppable—Ottawa Rapid FC’s home kit mirrors the force of nature itself. A deep black base, laced with subtle green and blue hues, reflects the rugged landscapes of the region, while bold accents streak across like flashes of lightning. Designed for a team that moves with relentless speed, this jersey embodies the energy of a storm brewing on the horizon.
AFC TORONTO

AFC Toronto’s home kit is a striking embodiment of strength and resilience. Draped in Mighty Maroon, the jersey mirrors the team’s unyielding ambition and the city’s forward-thinking spirit. A seamless blend of stability and movement, it symbolizes the unity between the club and its supporters—a visual reminder that success is a shared pursuit.
VANCOUVER RISE FC

A beacon of energy and ambition, Vancouver Rise FC’s home kit captures the warmth and brilliance of the sun. A dynamic sunburst pattern radiates across the jersey, symbolizing hope, growth, and the limitless potential of the team. Just as the sun rises each day, this squad is set to elevate the game, lighting the way for future generations.
