Minnesota Wild Add Blaze Logo to Home Helmets in Multi-Year Deal Starting in 2025-26

The Minnesota Wild have announced a change to their home-helmet advertiser for the upcoming 2025-26 NHL season and beyond.

Blaze Credit Union has signed a multi-year deal to become the Wild’s “home helmet partner,” with the Blaze Credit Union logo appearing in white on either side of Minnesota’s green helmets for games played at St. Paul’s freshly-renamed Grand Casino Arena (formerly the Xcel Energy Center).

“We have enjoyed building our relationship with Blaze Credit Union through our existing partnership, and we are extremely thankful for their additional commitment to be our new home helmet partner,” said Bryan Bellows (no, not that one), the Minnesota Wild Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships, in the press release.

“Blaze Credit Union is excited to expand our long-term partnership with the Minnesota Wild,” followed up Dan Stoltz, Blaze Credit Union CEO. “There is incredible alignment with hockey fans throughout Minnesota. Together, Blaze and the Minnesota Wild proudly serve this great state of hockey.”

Beyond the new helmet ad, Blaze will continue the Blaze Credit Union’s Hockey Kids4Kids Program, which encourages youth hockey players to raise funds for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.

NHL helmet ads were first introduced league-wide in 2020-21; the Wild’s home helmet had featured a Toyota logo in all five seasons since this all went down. It is not clear if the Toyota logo will continue to be worn on their road white helmets.

The Minnesota Wild had previously worn a Toyota logo on their home green helmets from 2021-25
