No matter which league they’re playing in next season, Burnley FC will have a new kit supplier.
The Lancashire club announced on Wednesday, May 8, that they would be leaving kit supplier Umbro and signing a multi-year contract with British sportswear company Castore starting with the 2024-25 season.

Burnley currently sit in 19th place in the Premier League standings with two games remaining in the 2023-24 season. As it stands, they would be one of three teams relegated to the EFL Championship next season; they are five points behind Nottingham Forest, who sit in 17th place.
Should they stay up, Burnley would be one of only two teams outfitted by Castore in the Premier League in 2024-25 — the other being Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Both Newcastle United and Aston Villa had deals with Castore for 2023-24. Newcastle confirmed in September 2023 that they’d be switching to Adidas next season, while Aston Villa are heavily rumored to be making the same switch after players raised concerns about the Castore kits absorbing too much water during matches.
