New 2022-23 Kits Unveiled by Clubs Based in France, Scotland, Germany

As the 2021-22 season draws to a close in Europe’s top domestic football leagues, clubs are getting a jump start on 2022-23 by unveiling new kits.

In addition to reveals from Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, AS Monaco and Stade Rennais this week, here are a few more kits that clubs around the continent came out with:

RANGERS FC – Third

Glasgow-based Scottish Premiership side Rangers FC unveiled their third jersey for the 2022-23 season on Tuesday, May 10. It’s mostly orange, with navy blue panels on the shoulder and under each arm. The V-neck collar and sleeve cuffs are trimmed with white. Sponsor logos, including that of manufacturer Castore, and the club’s RFC monogram appear in white.

BORUSSIA MONCHENGLADBACH – Home

Die Fohlen unveiled their new home kit for 2022-23 on social media on Saturday, and then wore them later the same day in their final home match of the Bundesliga season against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. The shirts are mostly white, with a green-and-black vertical stripe running down the centre of the front. The crew neck collar and sleeve cuffs are white, as are the shorts that go with the shirt. The socks are white with a green-and-black stripe around the middle and a club crest on the front.

TOULOUSE FC – Home

Having already wrapped up the Ligue 2 title, Toulouse FC on Friday unveiled the kits they’ll wear when they’re promoted to Ligue 1 next season. In a break with tradition, Toulouse and manufacturer Craft are going with a predominantly white shirt, accented with purple pinstripes. This is the first time since 1997-98 that Toulouse has gone with a mostly white shirt at home, opting for shirts that are mostly purple or feature purple and white vertical stripes in the years between. The V-neck collar on the 2022-23 home kit is purple, and the sleeve cuffs are two-toned purple.

RC STRASBOURG – Home

Ligue 1 side RC Strasbourg isn’t changing much for their 2022-23 home kits, manufactured by Adidas. They’ll stick with a predominantly royal blue top next season, accented with light blue pinstripes down the front and white Adidas shoulder stripes. The V-neck collar is white trimmed with black piping, while the sleeves and cuffs are solid royal blue.
