Calling it part of their commitment to climate, the Kraken will wear the logo of The Climate Pledge on their road white helmets. The Climate Pledge is “a call to businesses and organizations to take collective action on the world’s greatest crisis and to work together to build towards a safe and healthy planet for the next generations.”
For home games on their blue lids, Seattle will wear the smile from the Amazon logo. Seattle is the location of Amazon headquarters and is where the company was founded back in the Summer of 1994.

Prior to the recently completed 2020-21 season, the NHL gave teams permission to wear advertiser’s logos on their helmets for the first time ever. At the time the league said it would be a temporary one-year deal to help recoup lost revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During the Stanley Cup Final the league confirmed the project would continue into 2021-22 before finally going all the way and saying jersey ads would be permitted beginning in 2022-23.
