Victoria Royals (WHL) Logo and Uniform

It’s official the new WHL team in Victoria will be known as the Victoria Royals — and there it is, their new logo in full colour. The official announcement is expected later today but they have made the logo and uniform available via social media early.

They have only released an image of their home jersey thus far, a clone of the Tampa Bay Lightning third “BOLTS” jersey:

Looks like there’s a shield logo on the shoulders, a blue shield with “VR” in white and two crossed red hockey sticks behind, still awaiting a better look at that one.

SportsLogos.Net found and reported on the trademark filing for the name and logo back on June 8th, must say – the logo looks a lot better in colour than it did in black and white.
